Three bedrooms feature on the lower level, all with breathtaking water views of the infinity pool, the ocean or both. Two of the bedrooms have joint access to a large stone bathroom looking onto a Japanese garden courtyard with serene water features. The main bedroom on this level features a beautiful spa with built in bath and floor-to-ceiling glass looking out on to the lush, palm-fringed rainforest surrounds and ocean views.
Each bedroom is separately air-conditioned and climate controlled by CBus automation with Bose sound systems and intelligent television systems. Take the staircase to the master suite, enter through an etched Versace Medusa glass door and you’ve arrived at the penthouse of AQUA, which embraces open plan spa boudoir living. This room is an extraordinary spatial delight with true grandeur. Features include a spacious oak mirror paneled dressing parlour, built in stone spa bath with separate spacious, double shower and powder room.
Waking up to the view from the penthouse is an unforgettable experience. This level has an enormous balcony that overlooks vast sky and endless glittering ocean. The vista here is jaw dropping, taking in the peninsula, AQUA’s crystal blue pool, beach and tropical paradise.
AQUA’s guesthouse is a luxury space to be treasured all on its own. Enter via the rainforest on the mezzanine level where you will find floor-to-ceiling French glass doors that evokes the feeling of being on a luxury houseboat. Views here focus on the wide-open bay. And it’s all footsteps away from the kayak and boat ramp, fully equipped gym and the seemingly endless boardwalk that connects all three properties.
