The Designer is spread across four levels. Located on the top floor is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space which moves even further through the property to an outdoor balcony encompassing views of the pool and lush green foliage. Across from the balcony is a separate self-contained cabana with its own private courtyard; this space can be used as a guest suite or a separate home office, perfect for anyone looking for total privacy while working. Returning indoors there is a second sitting area opposite a white, bright modern kitchen splashed with vibrant colour furnishings. Bringing the outdoors into this space is an outdoor balcony capturing views of Tamarama beach and it’s surroundings.
The lower levels houses the bedrooms each with it’s own private en-suite. The master suite is an escape within itself with the ocean sidewall wrapped in glass allowing the light and views to move freely around the room. Also incorporating his and hers walk-in robes and heated tiles in the en-suite, this master suite is quintessentially luxe. The second bedroom has a double bed and direct, delightful access to the swimming pool. The 3rd bedroom follows the same beautiful layout as the master suite.
