The top level enclosure offers a master bedroom with ensuite and a large walk-in wardrobe, beautiful artwork and art-deco lighting retrieved from the walls of an Italian cinema that will leave you feeling like royalty. While the master suite is undoubtedly grand, you will not be able to deny the magnificent impact of the tree house with a private balcony and bath that looks out over the Pittwater, serenity is found amidst the layers of earthy, rich woodwork, and clean white interiors. Throughout the rest of the villa, style and elegance abound in the indoor and outdoor entertaining and dining areas that are complimented by stunning west-facing enjoying full afternoon sun looking out toward the ocean.

A gourmet, open planned kitchen with top of the line European appliances adds to the cutting-edge atmosphere to the home, with marble benchtops, a two door Liebherr fridge, two dishwashers, a double over, and seven burner gas cook top is guaranteed to make cooking a pleasure. For cooler winter nights, and breezy summer evenings, enjoy Gaelforces underfloor heating and heated bathroom towel racks and settle down in from of the cheery log fireplace. Original Venetian glass chandeliers and Patrick Hockey artworks will heighten the experience of your stay.

Drink in stunning sunset views while you relax in the large swimming pool with swim-jets, protruding into the waters of the Pittwater. On a last minute basis we can also rent out the Palm Beach Pool House separately.
